(ETECHS) - Jubail Industrial City (Saudi Arabia)Business Sector: Security, Safety & Fire Systems Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining & Industrial ProjectsWe are a prominent fire and security systems integration contractor based in Saudi Arabia, seeking to hire an experienced Project Quality Engineer to support multiple industrial projects.Prepare, oversee, implement, and support quality management documentation for both current and future projects. This includes but is not limited to: quality plans, inspection test plans (ITP), requests for inspections (RFI), inspection checklists, testing and commissioning procedures, incoming material inspections, testing of ELV equipment, internal process audits, and the issuance and closure of NCRs.        Primary Responsibilities:    Establish and facilitate project Risk and non-conformance Assessment and follow-up.   Assure to the best abilities that all materials, workmanship, and construction are in full compliance with the contract, plans, and specifications, and all applicable building codes.   Perform audits & inspections, and prepare and maintain inspection and performance records in the logs.   Prepare summaries to show how the actual progress might differ from the planned project's baseline.  Submittal review and approval, including recommendations for variations, value engineering, and betterments.     Working with the Project QA/QC Manager, the Project Manager, etc., to finalize all project quality documents, pre-commission and commissioning, QC Dossier, and punch/Snag lists to complete the QMD responsibilities in the project.Evaluate the project team performance, monitor, and ensure customer satisfaction during all project stages.  To prepare a weekly report to the Manager about all tasks accomplished in the project.    Conduct internal audits of the organization’s QMS, create, and follow up on NCRs   Visits existing customers to gain their feedback and reports to the manager.   Perform the Quality Management System Internal Audits (as required/scheduled) following the ISO 9001:2015 standards.        Qualifications Required:     Candidates will hold a BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering discipline or equivalent.    Extensive experience in either low-current or security systems construction-related projects.    Minimum 5 years of relevant Quality Management experience in projects or operations.    Certified ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage.    Broad-based project and management skills to lead and effectively communicate with people, both internal and external to the company.    Experience with QA/QC standards and QA Inspection Plans.    Knowledge of MS-Project & Primavera is an advantage.    Develop Project reports (tracking, progress, deviation…etc.)Excellent level Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (is a MUST).Company DescriptionETECHS-Industrial Safety & Security Sector (ISSS) has been in business since 1985, providing comprehensive Safety & Security Solutions and Fire Protection for Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Heavy Industry projects in Saudi Arabia that meet Industrial standards and HCIS/SAIS Directives.
