Here below your responsibilities:Mission & RoleAssist in planning and implementing the Project Quality Management System (PQMS).Lead Quality Assurance activities.Coordinate quality efforts if no Project Quality Manager is assigned.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport quality-related contractual matters during tenders and execution.Help define and apply PQMS aligned with company standards.Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits.Ensure quality requirements are met by vendors and subcontractors.Manage nonconformities and drive corrective actions.Promote quality awareness and training within the project team.Monitor and report quality performance and customer satisfaction.Lead lessons learned and continuous improvement processes.What are we looking for?Education: Mechanical Engineering or any Bachelor's Degree in EngineeringExperience: Minimum 8 years of experience in EPC Offshore activitiesLanguages: Proficient in EnglishTechnical Skills / Knowledge WithEPC Project ManagementQuality Assurance & ControlQuality Management SystemVendor / Supplier ManagementQuality Management Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, etc.)Audit/Inspection/Compliance/MIS Reporting & DocumentationIT SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) What Can We Offer To YouPermanent Contract – Project-based positionCorporate Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits packageWorking Hours: 45 hours (9 hours x 5 days)Our One Saipem Way soft skills model leverages on skills development, career growth, opportunities to innovate through complex challenges by promoting communication and collaboration to achieve common goalsLocation: Doha, QatarAdditional InformationWe support your development!
