Project Quality Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Quality Manager for our EPC project.The Project Quality Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, documenting, and controlling the Project Quality Management System, in compliance with contractual requirements, project needs, and in alignment with the Company Quality Management System.Duties and Responsibilities:Define, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.Prepare the Project Quality Plan and related operating procedures, adapting them to the project organization and contractual requirements.Plan, execute, and report project quality audits according to schedule, criticalities, and contractual requirements.Provide support to the project team regarding all quality-related matters, client requirements, and stakeholder expectations.Define the minimum Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) requirements for subcontracted activities, contributing to the preparation of work requisitions.Collaborate with the Expediting & Inspection Department to define the scope and extent of inspections and quality control for supplies.Evaluate subcontractors’ technical proposals against QA/QC requirements, participating in clarification meetings when necessary.Cooperate with the Project Quality Coordinator in reviewing subcontractors’ implemented quality systems.Prepare periodic quality reports (weekly, monthly, etc.), ensuring the collection and analysis of data from the project quality organization.Implement and manage a Non-Conformity Management System, monitoring the status of non-conformities and defining corrective actions as required.Establish a system for measuring quality indicators (KPI) to monitor performance and support Management Reviews.Requirements:Master's degree or Bachelor's degreeAt least 10 years of experience in multidisciplinary projects based on EPCExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients, suppliers, and project teamsExcellent knowledge of EnglishPlace of work: MozambiqueRotation: 60/15This position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
