Since 2006, PROJECT ROCKIT has been driving positive impact through youth-driven school programs, digital innovation and campaigns. It’s perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media and knows how to spark real connection with different audiences (young people, educators, corporate partners) online. Around 70% of your time will be spent leading the charge on our digital presence crafting bold, engaging content, growing our online community, and being the authentic digital voice of PROJECT ROCKIT. You'll blend incredible creativity with sharp instincts and a deep understanding of youth culture toturn scrolls into engagement and lasting impact. The remaining 30% of the role supportsessential communications work with managing graphic design, website, and emailcampaigns.

What You’ll Be Rocking: You’ll lead the charge on PROJECT ROCKIT’s social media and digital presence, creating scroll stopping content, growing our online community, and sharing powerful stories that spark impact. What You’ll Do:
You’ll craft bold, strategic social content that’s fresh, fun and mission-driven across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook. You’ll stay on top of youth trends and social culture to keep our content real, relevant and forward-thinking. You’ll turn ideas into high-quality graphics, carousels, captions and short-form videos that actually engage. You’ll foster an inclusive and authentic online community by engaging meaningfully with our audience. You’ll dig into performance data to optimise content and sharpen our strategy.
You’ll design and maintain vibrant visual assets for digital and print that reflect our youth-led mission and consistent brand. You’ll keep our website up to date, visually cohesive and aligned with our purpose. You’ll contribute to communications and campaigns, writing compelling copy and supporting digital storytelling across the organisation. Experience that would be great to have, but not a deal breaker 3+ years experience in a similar digital communications, social media or content creation roleProven experience developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
