EuropeHungaryLE_0146-Grohe Hungary KftBachelor-/Master-/Diploma-ThesisHybridFull Time30 September 2025We are looking for a highly motivated Project Sales Manager, who is a well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and selling building materials to projects.The person in this role should have strong experience with investors and construction companies.Primary ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintaining client relations with all project/investment related playersCover the project universe, building business connections with key players, have full understanding of project quotations process.Grow an appropriate pipeline and penetrate to increase sales and conversion rateWork with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeplyFollow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales departmentProactively pursue new business and sales opportunitiesSolve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored project sales solutionsBe a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all timesMeet and exceed KPIs and sales targets and weekly report to the managementProvide good forecasting and long term view potentialQualificationsExtremely strong verbal and written communication skillsCapacity to work independentlyProfessionalism and proactive personalityProven sales experienceTrack record of over-achieving quotaExperience working with Salesforce and Google toolsFamiliarity with different sales techniques and pipeline managementStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsThe ability to build reports to monitor key clients and activities.The ability to handle multiple client accounts.Exceptional customer service skills.Excellent communication skills.Intermediate level of EnglishBe an excellent problem solver.Self motivated competitor mindset.
