With a team of over 80 consultants at the group’s headquarters, we are committed to meeting immediate talent demands and supporting long-term growth for clients and job seekers alike.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Project Sales Manager specializing in premium building materials. The Project Sales Manager will oversee the sales cycle, identifying and securing project opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include creating strategic sales plans, tracking market trends, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and product management to deliver tailored solutions. The individual will also ensure excellent customer service, negotiate agreements, and manage project pipelines effectively.QualificationsStrong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management, particularly in the building materials or construction industry.Proficiency in Contract Negotiation, Project Pipeline Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.Knowledge of Market Analysis, Trend Tracking, and Strategic Sales Planning.Solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.Organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.Familiarity with premium building materials and an understanding of industry standards or regulations is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Sent your CV to mardi.silaban@elitez.asia
