Company DescriptionPT Kerismas Witikco Makmur (KWM) is a leading Indonesian manufacturer of galvanized and colour-coated steel which established from 1981.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Sales Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are expanding our sales project team to strengthen our presence in the construction and infrastructure market.Key responsibilities:Identify and pursue new construction project opportunities (developers, contractors, fabricators).Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, consultants, and site teams.Estimate material needs for galvanized steel roofing and cladding based on drawings or BOQs.Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical information to clients.Coordinate with internal production, sales admin, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery.Monitor project progress and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.QualificationsMinimum D3/S1 in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).Experience in sales from a construction, steel or related company.Strong understanding of project workflows and basic material estimation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Independent, target-oriented, and willing to visit project sites when needed.
