🕒 We’re Hiring – Project Scheduler 📅 Start: ASAP | Long-term missionWe are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler. You will join a dedicated on-site Program Support team and play a key role in schedule management and coordination across multiple technical projects.🔧 Your RoleAs a Project Scheduler, you will:Manage and maintain the integrated schedule for several dismantling projects in line with defined planning and reporting guidelinesWork closely with all project stakeholders (Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, etc.) to define and align project activities and interfacesDevelop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and a detailed project schedule enabling accurate tracking of all activitiesAllocate resources to project tasks and ensure alignment with the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)Collect on-site progress data, lead follow-up meetings, and update the planning accordinglyMonitor deviations, analyze schedule risks and slippages, and propose corrective actions in coordination with the project and program teamsAlert project leadership to any significant discrepancies from the baseline planReport schedule performance using key metrics (Critical Path, EVM, etc.)Use PPM tools such as Clarity and Planisware for regular reporting on schedule and project deliverables🎓 Your Profile✅ Background:Technical degree (Engineering or similar)Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC or EPCM project environmentsPrior experience in complex industrial or dismantling projects is a strong asset✅ Skills & Mindset:Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS ProjectStrong analytical mindset: logical, pragmatic, and rigorousExcellent organization and priority managementAutonomous with strong initiative and accountabilityClear communicator, team player, and active listener✅ Languages:Fluent in French (or Dutch) and English (spoken and written)✅ Other:General knowledge of nuclear environments is an assetNuclear clearance/accreditation required or obtainableAnd why join ISALYS Horizons? 🛠️ Grow in a technical, innovative, and diverse environment ⏩ Benefit from supportive and attentive management 🧠 Develop your career through a structured training plan 💰 Enjoy an attractive salary package with additional benefits📩 Ready to take part in this ambitious project?
