Job title: Project Secretary/ Document ControllerLocation: RAK, UAEWe are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Secretary to provide administrative support to the project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, scheduling, and coordinating meetings, while also assisting with general office tasks.Key Responsibilities:Handle project correspondence, document control, and filingManage the project team's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetingsPrepare and distribute reports, meeting minutes, and presentationsAssist with travel arrangements and event planning for the teamMaintain organised project files and recordsLiaise between departments to ensure smooth communicationProvide administrative and secretarial support to project managersRequirements:Proven experience as a project secretary or in a similar roleStrong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesExperience in managing calendars and schedulingProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
