Bixter is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and to be a part of the development and management of various projects. What You’ll DoCoordinate and support projects within Bixter.Communicate with international partners, governmental stakeholders, universities, candidates, employers etc. Organize and monitor project timelines, documentation, and reports.Actively look for solutions and improvements — not excuses.Contribute to the business and strategic development.Execute tasks and take ownership of outcomes — not only plan and organize but also make things happen.Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.What We’re Looking ForLanguages: Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written).Mindset: Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented — you take initiative and get things done.Skills: Strong organizational abilities with great attention to detail.Personality: Communicative, structured, and business-minded — able to see growth opportunities within projects.Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, education, project coordination, or business development is must have.To have a proven experience of minimum 2 years at 1 project/position.
