Job Description

Job ObjectiveParticipate in project management and monitor the execution of all activities related to project and initiative management according to the company’s project management methodology, ensuring that projects achieve their objectives within the planned timeline, resources, and budget.Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage the assigned project(s) in accordance with the company’s approved Project Management Methodology.Coordinate closely with the relevant technical department to develop project execution plans and all related activities, following the standards and procedures of the Project Management Office (PMO).Collaborate fully with the Program Management Department on all project management activities, including budget preparation, reporting, and both internal and external communications.Ensure that project objectives are achieved and that all deliverables and related activities are completed on schedule and within the agreed budget.Define the tasks, duties, and responsibilities of project team members based on project requirements and the approved project scope, ensuring clear accountability and avoiding overlap between team roles.Participate in identifying the project’s technical, financial, human, and technological requirements, allocate the necessary resources, and contribute to the preparation of the project budget.Manage the project budget in alignment with activity execution and deliverable timelines, ensuring full compliance with PMO methodology.Effectively manage project scope by ensuring that all approved scope changes are properly documented through Project Change Request forms.Monitor and control project execution and progress, track the delivery of outputs, and provide regular progress and status reports to the project sponsor and relevant stakeholders.Required QualificationsA minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in project management.Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).Ability to develop project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.Strong skills in analyzing and managing project financial budgets.Excellent skills in report writing and performance tracking.Ability to assess risks and develop contingency plans.Proficiency in designing and delivering presentations.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management.Certification: PMP or PRINCE2 is required/preferred.
