The role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity and accuracy to support engineering, operations, and regulatory compliance. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data handling tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for data validation and quality assurance.Job Responsibilities Job QualificationsAsset Mapping and Data CorrectionReview, validate, and correct data related to infrastructure assets such as poles, meters, and transformers. Ensure accurate documentation of asset details including location, specifications, and conditions. Mapping Tools and VerificationUse mapping software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar GIS platforms to verify the spatial and attribute accuracy of assets. Cross-reference maps, field data, and system records to identify and resolve inconsistencies. Collaboration and CommunicationCoordinate with engineers, GIS staff, and other departments to ensure data alignment. Provide support and timely feedback to internal teams and stakeholders. Safety ComplianceAdhere to company safety protocols during all field and system-related activities. Identify and report any hazards to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Must be at least a Senior High School graduate or a Bachelor’s degree holderKnowledgeable in GIS concepts, with experience or familiarity using GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar toolsBasic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry toolsAble to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
