You will support the Project Manager by operating project management processes and coordinating business management tasks and activities. The role holder will work across multiple projects from a flagship conference to accredited online courses and in-person training and workshops, working to an agreed set of priorities.Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Aren’t Limited To:Implementing and maintaining systems for effective planning and scheduling.Establishing and maintaining project controls, keeping the project manager informed of the project status. Preparing project performance reports, presenting statistics, and researching new information.Ensuring that organisational tasks are completed efficiently. Managing and monitoring project compliance with departmental policies procedures.Managing professional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and serving as the lead contact for some external parties.Assist in the content production and promotion of training and education outputs.Meet regularly with and support ATE colleagues with any identified training and education needs, including delivery plans.The Training and Education Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the delivery of ATE’s training and education strategy.
