Location: Singapore – SingaporeWork Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 5 – 6 YearsCompensation: SGD 156,000 – 192,000 (based on experience and interview performance)Job OverviewA leading engineering services firm is seeking a PSB Portfolio & Project Planner to oversee and optimize global and regional project portfolios. The role involves implementing portfolio/program/project management guidelines, monitoring KPIs, supporting senior management with planning tools, and collaborating across APAC, EMEA, and NALA regions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project portfolio management, SAP systems, and cross-functional program planning in industrial or EPC environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement global Portfolio/Program/Project Management guidelines, processes, methods, and tools in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Analyze and compare project portfolios against standardized performance indicators (e.g., Schedule Performance Index, Cost Performance Index, Non-Conformance Cost). Collect, analyze, and distribute lessons learned to continuously improve portfolio performance. Guide senior management in the efficient use of project management tools and reporting. Serve as a key user for Program and Project Managers in all aspects of project management tools. Support integrated and cross-functional planning of programs and projects. Assist in steering committee meetings according to requirements. Stay updated on market developments and internal product technical advances. Travel overseas as required for business or special assignments.Performance Achievements (Sample Outcomes)Improved portfolio visibility and KPI tracking across multiple regions. Provided actionable insights to senior management for decision-making and escalation.Must-Have RequirementsMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree. 4+ years of experience as Program/Project Manager, ideally in EPC or industrial projects. 3–4 years of experience in SAP landscape (PPM, BW, SAC, CEC, etc.). Proven knowledge in portfolio/program/project management (e.g., IPMA certification). Strong process management and KPI tracking capabilities. Understanding of Asian cultures and business practices. Proficient in English with exceptional communication skills. Legal right to work in Singapore is mandatory.Nice-to-Have SkillsExposure to global engineering project portfolios across multiple regions. Experience with multi-disciplinary program coordination and PMO activities.
