To strengthen our growth, we are looking for proud, passionate, and committed professionals to join and inspire our teams.Your ChallengesAs Project Manager, you will be part of one of our inspiring project teams realizing our yachts. You report directly to the Project Director.You execute all project-related activities, both internally and externally, for your assigned part of the project.You manage internal and external stakeholders, including co-makers, subcontractors, and employees.You handle contract management for parts of the yacht-building contract and act as escalation point for third-party contracts.You build and maintain strong relationships with involved third parties such as co-makers and subcontractors.What We AskUniversity or higher vocational education with relevant work experience.At least five years of experience in the yacht-building industry or a comparable field, in a similar role.Experience in people management.You identify with the following competencies: helicopter view, anticipation, giving responsibility, conflict management.You have a strong overview and understanding of the complete process.You are proactive and solution-oriented.You are a proud and passionate team player eager to learn.Good command of written and spoken English.What We OfferA challenging full-time position within a unique, international, and leading-edge yacht-building company.An inspiring environment with great opportunities for personal growth and development.A competitive salary up to €8,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.Excellent secondary employment conditions according to the Metalektro collective labor agreement.An active staff association organizing social events, trips, and sports activities.
