We invented the modern air conditioning, and our team of pioneers and innovators have a long trajectory of developing new technologies.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Projects Sales Manager to lead and grow our Residential Light Commercial business within the Saudi projects segment.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in B2B sales, deep understanding of the HVAC market, and well-established connections with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users across the Kingdom.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets for RLC systems in the Saudi projects market.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.Promote Carrier’s RLC product portfolio to key decision-makers, including consultants, facility managers, and government entities.Work closely with application engineers to develop tailored HVAC solutions that meet specific project requirements.Manage the entire sales cycle — from project identification, technical proposals, and pricing to negotiation and closure.Ensure all commercial offers are competitive and aligned with Carrier’s pricing policies.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders across the construction and HVAC ecosystem.Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in project sales within the HVAC or industrial B2B sector.Strong network and market knowledge in Saudi Arabia.Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills.Fluency in English and Arabic.Self-motivated, customer-focused, and performance-driven.Our commitmentOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
