Job DescriptionProject-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to face new opportunities and address challenges in Shopee’s Cross-Border Business, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectivesConduct deep-dive analysis on new opportunities and current issues including spearheading projects to optimise existing practices related to but not limited to Business Development, Operations, and LogisticsAnalyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our accelerator as well as lead issue management and develop short-term and long-term solutionManage internal and external communications-related projectsWork on ad-hoc projects and assignments with the most efficient executionEfficiently organise and convene meetings during the operation of the project, and follow up on the implementation of the meeting tasksDevelop project plans, track project progress, ensure projects reach expected goals, and do quality time management Lead the preparation of project status reports, including progress, issues, and risksRequirementsBachelor's degree with at least 3 years of working experience preferredWork experience in a management consulting firm or relevant fields are preferred but not a mustExperienced in the full life cycle project, from strategy to implementationGood written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder managementStrong analytical, logical reasoning skillsGood team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn and share knowledgeProactive and take ownership of one's workDetail-oriented, well organised, efficient, and effective
