Here, you’ll find opportunities to showcase your potential, receive cutting-edge training, and contribute to energy connection projects that leave a lasting impact.With the power of technology and the vision of our team, we’re bringing a more connected world closer to a sustainable future.We’re evolving the present into the future, delivering value through every connection!HELLENIC CABLES S.A. is seeking a Projects Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in our Plant in Corinth, that focuses on the production of high and extra high voltage submarine cables, being one of the most advanced factories in the world.Duties And ResponsibilitiesOversee warehouse operations to ensure peak efficiency and customer satisfaction as primary goal by supervising, organizing, training warehouse employees and maintaining the safe, smooth and consistent flow of goods in and out of the facilitySupervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer serviceOversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packagesImplement and optimize automated and computerized systems to enhance operational efficiency and accuracyMaintain up-to-date stock control systems and ensure inventory records are accurate and reliableGenerate and analyze regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basisEnforce health, safety, hygiene, and security standards to ensure a compliant and safe working environmentMaintain a strong understanding of company policies and vision, ensuring warehouse operations align with and support broader organizational goalsQualifications And ExperienceBS in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business AdministrationProven work experience as a Warehouse/ Logistics Supervisor Familiar with Warehouse Management SystemsAdvanced use of MS Office – strong in ExcelData interpretation skills as logistics is becoming increasingly digitalStrong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Leadership skills Understanding of finance for stock managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent Command of English Language Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to workExceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and accuracyInitiative, resourcefulness and flexibility, with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environmentThe Company OffersA unique opportunity to thrive in one of the pioneering companies in cable manufacturingCompetitive remuneration packageLife & Health Insurance PlanAdditional Bonus, based on results#FULGOR_SA
