We refer top candidates to our partners working with the world’s leading AI research labs to help build and train cutting-edge AI models.Position: Generalist Evaluator ExpertType: Hourly ContractCompensation: $35–$40/hourLocation: RemoteDuration: Approximately 1 monthCommitment: Minimum 10-40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronousRole Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)Design and optimize detailed prompts with multiple constraints and clear instructions for language model evaluationDefine and document evaluation standards and develop comprehensive rubrics for assessing correct responses in consumer contextsConduct testing and grading by running prompts through AI models and assessing outputs against expectationsSupport benchmarking and quality assurance to ensure prompt rigor and consistency before integration into official evaluation setsCollaborate with team members in quality assurance review processes to maintain evaluation reliabilityRequirementsBS or BA degree from a reputable institution (completed or in progress)Strong writing skills, critical thinking, and instructional clarityAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesSignificant familiarity with ChatGPT or similar language tools for personal or professional useExperience in teaching or research is preferredAccess to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported)Application ProcessComplete an AI-led interview (~15 minutes)Complete a 45-minute written assessment focused on writing rubricsIf selected, you will be onboarded to the project
