We believe the future of sales is intelligent, autonomous, and driven by perfectly crafted prompts.We're looking for a pioneering AI Prompt Engineer (Graduate level) to be the mind behind our agents, transforming business questions into precision-guided AI actions.As our AI Prompt Engineer, you will be the bridge between human business logic and autonomous AI agents. Your mission will be to design, test, and optimise the prompts, personas, and workflows that drive our sophisticated sales intelligence platform.Key Responsibilities:Prompt Design & Optimisation: Develop and refine complex, multi-step prompts to guide our LLM-based agents in tasks such as lead scoring, market segmentation, competitive analysis, and personalized outreach strategy generation.Agentic Workflow Creation: Architect entire AI agent chains and feedback loops (i.e., planning, tool use, reflection) to execute end-to-end sales intelligence workflows autonomously.Persona Development: Define and manage the AI personas (e.g., outbounds or event invitations) embedded in our prompts to ensure outputs are accurate, contextually relevant, and delivered in the appropriate tone.Performance Monitoring: Implement metrics and testing methodologies (e.g., A/B testing of prompts, adversarial testing) to continuously measure and improve the quality, reliability, and security of AI outputs.Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Sales Strategists to integrate optimized prompts into our core product and translate business needs into technical specifications.Stay Current: Research and implement the latest techniques in prompt engineering, including few-shot learning, chain-of-thought prompting, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).What You'll BringEssential Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer, it may be just from what got you through University Current or recently graduated University Student Strong understanding of agentic AI principles with frameworks or platforms that support multi-agent workflows.Expertise in writing clear, concise, and logical programming-like promptsSolid programming skills, preferably in Python, for testing, automation, and integrating prompt logic.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for translating ambiguous requirements into deterministic AI behavior.Desirable Attributes:Experience in the Sales Intelligence, CRM, or B2B domain.Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g.,gemini, chat GPT)Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices concerning prompt injection and sensitive data handling.Applicants must have full, ongoing working rights in Australia.Remuneration: Market rate with all the trimmings Location: Sydney CBD office - WFH flexibilityStart Date: DEC  2025 Reports to: Managing Director
