Job Description

Visa Sponsorship: Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Proper Voltage is the universal integration layer between advanced batteries and real products. We remove the complexity of voltage mismatch, chemistry limitations, and integration delays that have historically locked product teams into suboptimal power solutions. Our Battery Operating System (bOS) makes advanced chemistries like sodium-ion, LTO, and lithium-sulfur plug-and-play with existing products, no redesign required. This means better safety, performance, and efficiency with zero product compromises.

Instead of a BMS or chemistry startup, we're the system that bridges the gap between breakthrough power technologies and the products that need them most. Power should be a design advantage, not a limitation. Join us in making advanced batteries universally accessible.
