ResponsibilitiesEnsure and provide full administrative support to the Sales team in preparing accurate Sales Order Letters (SP/SO) in accordance with the system, preventing errors and complaints from all relevant stakeholders.Resolve aging issues by coordinating with related departments and ensuring timely follow-up.Maintain accurate sales administrative data to support smooth sales processes and customer documentation.Ensure the accuracy and consistency of price list data and unit availability information in the system and master control.Resolve aging issues by liaising with related departments and ensuring corrective actions are completed promptly.Ensure there are no customer data errors in the sales system reports used for PPJB (Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement) processing.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Management, or Business Administration.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Property Administration Service (PAS) Manager.Proficient in administrative systems and Microsoft Office applications.Good command of English, both written and verbal.Diligent, proactive, disciplined, and highly responsible.
