Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include developing sales strategies, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and training junior sales staff. The role also involves managing sales activities to ensure targets are met and contributing to the overall success of the team. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skillsProven experience in Sales, Sales Management, and TrainingExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsAbility to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to team goalsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in the real estate industry is a plus
