Aspen has enjoyed over 20% compound annual earnings growth for the last six years and the business is well set up to continue to grow strongly over the medium to long term.As the company continues to expand its market presence and drive growth in key markets such as South Australia, it seeks a proactive and dynamic Property Analyst to join its Head Office team working from our Adelaide office located on the city fringe.This role will cover a wide range of duties and play a pivotal role in supporting both our Operations and Asset Management teams.Reporting to the South Australian Operations Manager, this full-time role will:Collect, analyse and interpret operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.Prepare and deliver presentations with a high level of financial acumen.Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including park management, finance, marketing, asset management and transactions to support and drive operational deliverables.Manage and assist the delivery of a range of capital improvement projects across the South Australian portfolio.Assist the Operations Leadership to address operational challenges and develop actionable solutions in a timely manner.Assist the asset management (development) business including exposure to the development lifecycles of; lifestyle villages (including homes), residential land, build-to-sell and build-to-rent townhouses and apartments.Require regular attendance and travel to the assets in SA and occasional travel interstate.Develop, document, and implement (including facilitation of training) standard operating procedures.Provide Property Manager relief and support at a variety of assets, both locally and interstate (travel required).Lead or participate in operational improvement projects from inception to implementation.Qualifications And Skills RequiredUniversity Degree (business, law, property, engineering, architecture etc) – the role is potentially suitable to a high performing graduate particularly someone who has gained professional experience while studying.Preferred: 1 – 3 years of experience in a business, professional or similar role – property experience highly desirable.Experience in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to changes.Strong collaborative skills and ability to work across functions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Keen attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.Someone who enjoys a value focussed, high performing and outcome driven culture.Current Australian Drivers’ licence.Aspen Group offers a highly competitive remuneration package including an attractive base salary ($90k- $110k inc of superannuation, subject to qualifications and experience) and participation in our meaningful short and long-term incentive schemes (bonus structure) that includes both cash and stock components.To apply, interested candidates should submit their resumes and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and explaining why they believe they are a suitable fit for the role.
