We are a team of passionate experts in development, capital, design, wellness, and brand, united by the mission to redefine what’s possible across the built environment, health, and wealth long-term value generation.The PositionAs a Property Analyst, you will be the driving force behind the financials of potential development project feasibilities by coordinating information, providing support through data analysis, and contributing to overall strategy and performance evaluation.Your role will be to partner with the acquisitions lead to produce feasibilities on potential sites for both BTR, BTS and Mixed use and multistage precincts. You will assist the team in undertaking due diligence, market, and economic analysis for potential acquisitions. You will produce consolidated reports and recommendations based on the data.Additionally, you will support maintaining and managing cashflow, overseeing cost to date, reviewing cost to completion (feasibility) and forecasts on relevant projects under development.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide insight into key investment areas which allow diversity and growth.Strategic input and support to finalise business plans for projects.Assisting in the procurement of debt facilities within new developments and ongoing relationship management throughout constructionPreparation of Debt IM’s, funding feasibilities, and negotiation of key commercial termsAssisting in the valuation process for financing purposesPreparing project feasibility reporting to be issued to capital partners for approval.Working across the development and delivery of a project to optimise value, support the EGM, Investment Management, to meet critical deadlines associated with the Investment Committee.Assisting team in undertaking due diligence, market, and economic analysis for potential acquisitions.Providing input into the metrics and methodology for assessing projects and investments.Working with team to conduct periodic evaluation of existing transactions and undertake redesign efforts of existing programs or elements of programs, if warranted.Coordinating information, providing support through data analysis, and contribute to overall strategy and performance evaluation of each relevant project.Maintaining and managing cashflow, managing cost to date and review of cost to complete (i.e., feasibility) updates and forecasts on projects under development.Working with Development team to update cashflow forecasts.Conduct thorough financial analysis, including financial modelling and valuation.BTS & BTR feasibility oversight and management including financial modelling and scenario analyst of existing and new projects including highest and best use analysis.Identifying, analysing, and explaining variances at the project and consolidated level.The Successful CandidateWe are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:At least 5+ years professional experience in financial analysis with a bachelor’s degree in Property Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field.Advanced real estate financial analysis background in both the residential Build to Sell (BTS) and Build to Rent (BTR) space.Property industry and development experience.Advanced knowledge in financial analysis, modelling, development, and feasibility acquisition analysis within the property industryAn understanding and willingness to involve self into the acquisition and development functionAbility to identify opportunities through analysis of data / financial systems & processes to continuously drive improvementThe ability to engage and influence key stakeholders through analytical data and rigorous reportingSound understanding of property valuation and 3rd party economic partners in the property related industryIf this sounds like the opportunity for you, please apply now!
