Job Description
The RoleTo actively negotiate and coordinate the sale of property through from enquiry to transfer, including winning exclusive instructions, marketing the property for sale, updating the CRM with enquiries and negotiating the property through to successful sale. To progress the sale through NOC and transfer, ensuring that all parties are supported. To work as part of our sales team to offer a seamless service on exclusive Savills projects. To provide a professional, motivated, well presented company representation at all time. To liaise with existing Clients to gain agency agreements to sell and lease their residential properties and source new opportunities via business development.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve individual monthly sales targets as set by managementFull property sales process from instruction to transferQualify leads and data management using the company CRMComplete all necessary documentation associated with selling/leasing property including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materialsContinually networking and identifying business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws Abiding by ADM and RICS business standards and codes of ethicsEnsure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitmentsTo perform your duties to a high professional and ethical standardTo maintain a high professional profile at all times with smart business dressResearch and highlight any competitor activitiesBuild excellent working relationships with Clients and teamNetworking with other professionals in the market to strengthen work opportunities and relationshipPresenting to potential clients and conduct viewingsTo build and maintain relationships with new and existing clientsIdentify creative and innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business in conjunction with the marketing teamFull understanding of relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase, sale or lease of a propertyTo actively maintain the company’s databases and property portals (i.e. Propspace) for loading of data in respect to client information, updates and details of viewings arranged etc. To have an understanding of local process and administration of completing the sale or lease of a property (i.e. drafting of sale agreement addendums, MOU, POA) Full awareness and understanding of local market/dedicated areasSkills, Knowledge And ExperienceEducated to degree level or equivalentMinimum 2 years sales experience preferably the Abu Dhabi market (commercial or residential)Must be a UAE driver’s license holder with own car Broker card holder (preferable)Strong negotiation and selling skillsConfident in presentation deliveryProven record of achieving sales targetsGood organisational skillsExcellent communication skills, written and spokenTeam workWilling to work on weekends and evenings to provide best service to the ClientsOver 42,000 people work for us in more than 700 offices all over the world.
