Job Summary:As a Property Consultant / Senior Property Consultant in a real estate development company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial units within the company’s projects. You will guide clients through the sales process, provide accurate project information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Present and promote the company’s real estate projects to clients.Conduct site visits and explain project features and payment plans.Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.Maintain updated knowledge of project inventory, pricing, and availability.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.Prepare and submit sales reports and client feedback to management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.1–4 years of experience in real estate sales.Strong communication and presentation skills.Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Special Requirements:Deep understanding of real estate development processes and project lifecycles.Strong network of clients & brokers.Multilingual proficiency (Arabic and English)Valid driver’s license.
