You will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties, while delivering high quality service and closing successful deals in one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management: Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their real estate needs and preferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service.Property Listings: Source and list properties for sale or lease. Prepare detailed property descriptions and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or tenants.Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive properties in Dubai. Provide clients with up-to-date market analysis and advice.Property Viewings: Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants. Showcase properties, highlighting key features and benefits.Negotiations: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants. Work to achieve favorable terms for clients while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.Transaction Management: Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing.Coordinate with legal, financial, and property management professionals to ensure a smooth transaction.Marketing and Networking: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.
