OverviewThe Property Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our Property and Asset Management Department, supporting the efficient management of properties within our portfolio. This multifaceted position involves coordinating property operations, tenant relations, administrative tasks, and ensuring the overall well-being of the properties under management.Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns.Foster positive tenant relationships by addressing their needs promptly and professionally.Facilitate communication between tenants and property management.Coordinate and schedule property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.Ensure timely response to maintenance requests and emergencies.Collaborate with maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to maintain property standards.Assist property managers in preparing lease agreements, reports, and documentation.Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and correspondence.Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.Assist with lease administration, including renewals, terminations, and rent collection.Ensure lease compliance and address lease-related issues.Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and compliance with property standards.Report inspection findings and coordinate necessary actionsAssist in tracking property-related finances, including invoices, expenses, and budget adherence.Coordinate with the finance department for payment processing and budget management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in property management and retail related projects Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
