Property Development Manager

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience in property development and project management. They will be responsible for managing defects rectification works on existing assets. ResponsibilitiesManage the development process from conception to completion, coordinating with government agencies, architects, builders and other consultants.Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, contractors and stakeholders.Prepare and present detailed update reports to senior management.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote our properties for sale.Continuously strive to optimise operational efficiency and improve processes.Manage the defects rectification process for the project.QualificationsBachelor degree in architecture, engineering or project management.Minimum 5 years experience in property development or project management. Familiarity with the build process.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and to monitor builder performance.Singapore citizen or PR onlyBenefitsSalary range $4500 - $5500Medical benefits
