This is your chance to be at the heart of our Service Hub, supporting property occupiers and ensuring our managed properties run smoothly and efficiently.About The RoleAs the first point of contact for property and facilities queries, you’ll play a key role in delivering timely, compliant, and service-focused solutions. From coordinating contractors and managing work requests to preparing reports and maintaining databases, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running like clockwork.What You’ll Be DoingResponding to property-related queries via phone, email, and online portalsCoordinating access for contractors and arranging property inspectionsPreparing documentation including reports, budgets, and CAPEX papersMaintaining accurate supplier and contractor recordsSupporting invoice processing and facilities system updatesCollaborating with Property & Facilities Managers to deliver client strategiesQualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:A team player with a solutions-focused mindsetExcellent communication and organisational skillsCalm under pressure and confident juggling multiple tasksProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learnExperience or interest in property and facilities management is a bonus!What We OfferWe’re proud to be recognised as a 2025 finalist in the Best Places to Work awards, reflecting our commitment to creating an exceptional workplace culture.
