We are launching a high-impact Agile Delivery Office (ADO) at the center of our technology and product ecosystem — and we’re looking for a proven execution leader to shape it from the ground up. As the Head of the Agile Delivery Office, you will report directly to the CTO and lead the design, implementation, and scaling of program and delivery management practices across the organization. You'll guide a growing team of program managers, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure high-velocity, high-quality delivery across product and tech initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Build and Lead the Agile Delivery Office, establishing operating rhythms, governance frameworks, and delivery principles across squads. Drive Program and Delivery Management for key product and engineering priorities — from roadmap planning to execution tracking. Define Execution Rhythms like sprint planning, OKR reviews, quarterly planning, and delivery checkpoints. Manage and grow a team of Program Managers embedded across product and engineering teams to drive initiative-level clarity and execution. Integrate Feedback Loops from internal stakeholders and active customer channels to ensure adaptability and responsiveness in delivery.
Coordinate Go-to-Market Execution in collaboration with Product Marketing and CX for seamless feature rollouts and post-launch learnings. Act as a Strategic Partner to the CTO, ensuring our strategy translates into timely and efficient delivery. Desired Qualifications: 8+ years of program, delivery, or operational leadership in a tech company. Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and modern product delivery frameworks. Project Management expertise, preferably with relevant certification e. g. PMPExperience managing distributed or cross-functional teams in high-growth environments. The ideal candidate would come with a background in Engineering Management or Product ManagementExceptional stakeholder communication and alignment skills.
Ability to build systems from scratch and scale with discipline and flexibility. Based in or open to relocating to Dubai HQ, with a commitment to in-person leadership. Other Capabilities: Experience in product-led SaaS or platform businessesFamiliarity with delivery tooling (Jira, Asana, Notion, Confluence, OKR platforms)Previous exposure to global program coordination or GTM execution
