Job description:Job Posting: Property Handover Support Specialist (6-Month Contract)Location: Ras Al Khaimah (RAK)Job Type: Full-time, Contract (6 Months)Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month (All-inclusive)Start Date: ImmediateAbout the RoleWe are a leading real estate division seeking a dedicated, client-focused professional to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This is a critical 6-month contract role focused on ensuring a seamless and positive property handover experience for our valued clients.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Coordination: Schedule and conduct smooth, professional property handover appointments and detailed walkthroughs with new owners.Documentation: Prepare, process, and manage all final handover paperwork, ensuring accuracy and complete client sign-off.Logistics: Facilitate the safe and formal handover of keys, access cards, and essential welcome packs.Customer Service: Act as a primary point of contact during the handover process, providing excellent customer service, answering basic queries, and ensuring client satisfaction.Administrative Support: Assist the Handover Manager with various administrative and logistical tasks to maintain efficient operations.What We Are Looking ForEssential Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
