And when rent is overdue, the company needs someone who can be kind and professional, but firm enough to secure payment. Without this role, communication breaks down, tenants feel unheard, and collections slip through the cracks.This position ensures our property management operations run smoothly, tenants feel supported, and financial obligations are met on time.What You’ll DoBe the first point of contact: answer calls and emails promptly with a professional, friendly tone.Guide prospective tenants through leasing activities—answer inquiries, process applications, and coordinate lease agreements.Conduct collections follow-ups with tenants, balancing empathy with firmness to encourage timely payments.Keep everything documented—tenant interactions, lease records, and collections activity must be accurate and up to date.Provide solutions-oriented support for tenants’ leasing, maintenance, and service needs.Partner with internal teams to maintain tenant satisfaction while meeting occupancy and financial goals.What You BringExcellent spoken and written English, clear, professional, and confident on the phone.Experience in customer service, leasing, or collections (property management background a plus).The ability to be both empathetic and firm—residents feel heard, but payments still get made.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks.Knowledge of landlord–tenant processes (preferred).Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.Why This Role MattersTenants remember the way you make them feel.
