About the Role:At YUP, we believe finding a home should be simple. We manage modern student living spaces in Lisbon and Évora, offering comfort, practicality, and community.We’re looking for a motivated team member to support daily operations and ensure a great experience for all our guests.Main Responsibilities:Support guests throughout their stay;Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and operations teams;Organize site visits for potential clients;Handle daily requests and feedback;Use digital tools for communication and task management;Suggest improvements to enhance service quality.Requirements:Fluent in Portuguese and English;Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service;Proactive, reliable, and organized;Comfortable with hands-on or practical tasks;Able to travel within the Lisbon/Évora area.What We Offer:Professional internship supported by IEFP, intended for candidates who meet the program’s eligibility criteria.Paid internship with monthly stipend according to program regulations;On-site position based in Lisbon;Full training and daily mentorship;Supportive, growth-oriented environment;Possibility of long-term collaboration after the internship.(Learn more about IEFP internship eligibility here.)
