The advisor's role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable property options, and negotiating between parties to finalize deals.Required Work Experience:1 year of experience in B2C Sales in Banking (loan) or Real Estate industryResponsibilities:Understand the requirements of potential customers and recommend suitable optionsMaintain sales activity data related to visits, interactions, source marketing channel, etc.Review sales strategy constantly to ensure target achievementInflight the customer of the financing optionsNegotiate price for exceptional scenarios along with senior management to close the dealPrioritize work as per the monthly sales plan and agreed targetsFacilitate signing of contract and receive down payment from customer / financing partnerPrepare and submit weekly report on sales activities including number of visits, number of leads served, calls, source marketing channel, etc.WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
