We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Sales Consultant who specializes in office space leasing and sales within Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) and Business Bay, two of Dubai’s most active commercial hubs. The ideal candidate will bring local market expertise, a strong professional network, and a proven ability to close transactions efficiently and professionally.Key Responsibilities:Source, list, and manage office space inventory in JLT and Business BayAdvise clients on suitable office leasing or purchase options tailored to their business needsConduct property viewings and site visits, highlighting key features and benefitsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, occupancy trends, and zoning regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords, corporate clients, building managers, and developersPrepare and present Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports to assist clients in decision-makingCoordinate with admin and photographer to market listings on platforms such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle using professional photos, floor plans, and descriptionsOversee lease documentation, DLD procedures, and ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulationsStay informed on new commercial developments, tower vacancies, and market trends within JLT and Business BayDesired Candidate Profile:Minimum one (1) year of real estate experience in DubaiStrong familiarity with JLT and Business Bay properties.Proven track record of successfully closing office leasing and/or sales dealsExcellent communication, negotiation, and client service skillsHighly organized, self-motivated, and goal-orientedWhat We Offer:Competitive commission structure with high earning potentialPerformance-based incentivesMedical insurance coverageEmployment visa sponsorshipRERA license fees coveredCompany-provided laptop, phone, and mobile data packageDirect interaction and learning opportunities with the CEOOngoing mentorship to support personal and professional developmentOpen-door policy promoting transparency, feedback, and collaborationStrong social media marketing support from our in-house teamFull administrative and back-office assistance to streamline your workflow
