Proposal & Business Development Manager

About The Company We are a leading multidisciplinary consultancy providing Architectural Design, Interior Design, and Project Management services across diverse sectors including Hospitality, Retail, Residential, Educational, and Mixed-Use developments.We are seeking a Business Development Manager with strong experience in the architecture, design, or engineering industry to help us acquire new projects and grow our client base.Main Purpose of the Role To identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for the company’s design and supervision services, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and contractors in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a business development strategy to expand the company’s client portfolio.Identify and pursue new project opportunities within target sectors (hospitality, retail, residential, mixed-use, educational,).Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and decision-makers.Collaborate with internal teams (architecture, interior, and project management) to prepare proposals and presentations.Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects to position the company strategically.Support management in setting revenue targets and preparing business development reports and forecasts.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field.7+ years of experience in business development or sales within architectural, design, or engineering consultancy firms.Proven record of acquiring new projects and managing key accounts in the construction/design sector.Strong network within developers, real estate firms, and consultants in Egypt or the Middle East.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with a talented, multidisciplinary team on landmark projects.Dynamic and creative work environment.
