We’re helping our customers digitally enable their clinical trial programs, meeting patients where they are, driving change through technology and innovations and reimagining the path to proof.Working at Signant Health puts you in the very heart of the world’s most exciting sector - a high-growth, dynamic company in an extraordinary industry.­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Where do you fit in?Primarily responsible for the delivery of RFIs for Signant Health's products and services.As part of our team, your main responsibilities will be: Drafts response to all customer inquiries, including response to RFI questionnaires for all Signant Health services/productsWorks with various internal departments (i.e. sales, operations, scientific, legal, finance) as needed to gather information and provide responsesMaintain content library within Qvidian, including responsibility of keeping information up to date and accurate based on ongoing company changesUpdates to internal systems, including updates to proposal templates and content within QvidianMaintain strong relationships with internal clients to promote inter departmental communicationOther responsibilities and projects assigned as requiredDecision Making and InfluenceApply critical thinking skills as it relates to day-to-day responsibilities to identify areas for improvement in order to provide logical and informed recommendations to the businessCollaborate with internal and external resources to ensure consistency of information, interpretation and approachYou’ll need to bring: Bachelor’s Degree is required or equivalent work-related experienceMinimum of two (2) years working with Qvidian (content management, reporting, architecture)Intermediate Word skills. Minimum of 3 years working in Word. Must have excellent, time management, communication, decision making, analytical skills, and organizational skillsDemonstrates the ability to work cross functionallyMust be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationWe’d be thrilled to hear that you also have:Life Sciences industry experience a plusLocation: Santiago, RM, ChileLanguage: Resumes must be submitted in English.
