The Proposal Specialist will be responsible for managing proposal creation processes, writing and editing proposals in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality submissions. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, tracking project requirements, and maintaining compliance with client specifications. Additionally, the Proposal Specialist will collaborate to refine proposal strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Proposal Management and experience in coordinating proposal processesStrong Proposal Writing skills with an understanding of RFP compliance requirementsExcellent Communication and collaboration skills for team coordinationProject Management capabilities, including organizational and time-management skillsDetail-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines under pressureBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field preferredExperience in the oil, gas, energy, or industrial sectors is a plus
