Role & ResponsibilitiesAs an IT Business Analyst, your mission will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Your key responsibilities include: Acting as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment of technology with business objectives. Leading comprehensive analyses of business processes to identify opportunities for digital transformation and operational efficiency.
Facilitating workshops, interviews, and design sessions to gather insights and validate proposed solutions. Collaborating with architects, project managers, developers, and testers to ensure solutions are scalable, feasible, and aligned with enterprise architecture. Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the evolution of business analysis practices within the team. Ideal ProfileWe’re looking for someone who is: A proactive problem-solver with a knack for turning complexity into clarity. Skilled in translating business needs into actionable IT requirements. Well-versed in IT systems, data flows, and solution architecture principles. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Able to balance attention to detail with a strategic overview. Experienced (5–10 years) in similar roles, ideally within complex IT or digital transformation settings. Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
