Job Description

Protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technical services in construction. We are currently seeking a Senior Planner for a Construction Project in Norway. Position DetailsEstimated Duration: 12 months. Upon project completion, we aim to assign the employee to other projects to ensure continuity. Location: Oslo, Norway. (100% on-site)Project: Metro line infrastructure project. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8: 00 AM to 5: 00 PM, including 1 hour for lunch. Position DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Planner to develop and manage detailed project schedules for a metro line infrastructure project in Oslo, Norway.

The role focuses on coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with contractual standards, and supporting strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment. ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, from planning through to completion. Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and multidisciplinary teams to gather key planning information. Identify critical paths, major milestones, and key project activities. Periodically update the physical progress of the project and generate progress reports. Analyze deviations, propose corrective actions, and support strategic decision-making. Conduct what-if analyses to assess the impact of potential changes or risks. Participate in planning, coordination, and progress meetings.

Ensure schedules comply with contractual standards and client requirements. RequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning, preferably in infrastructure or metro projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to analyze deviations and propose effective corrective actions. BenefitsVacation: 22 days.
