Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst / PMO to join our team in a hybrid role that combines business analysis and project management support.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving project success and possess a keen analytical mindset. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk assessments. Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure alignment with goals and timelines. Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely issue resolution. Support resource management by coordinating schedules and allocating resources efficiently.

Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Qualifications: Cantonese Speaker Financial Services Industry (FSI) backgroundMinimum 3 years of experience in a hybrid role encompassing business analysis and project management, preferably in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) or consulting (Big Four experience is a plus). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese. Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP or Agile certification is advantageous). Proficient in project management tools and software.
