About the RoleWe are seeking a Business Analyst for a global bank to support the enhancement of customer experience through upgrade of Sales and CRM systems, aligning business needs with technology to improve client lifecycle management and operational efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and document comprehensive business requirements. Translate business objectives into clear, actionable functional and non-functional specifications aligned with strategic transformation goals. Perform gap analyses between current and target systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending effective solutions. Create detailed user stories, process flows, and system documentation to support agile development and delivery.
Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring transparent communication of project progress, risks, and interdependencies. Monitor system performance post-implementation, collecting feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives. Support training efforts and track user adoption to ensure successful rollout and integration of new features. Requirements5+ years experience in project management and business analysis (ideally within Private Banking or Wealth Management). Strong expertise in documenting and streamlining complex processes to improve operational efficiency. Proven ability to simplify and optimize complex workflows across culturally and functionally diverse teams.
Advanced analytical skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making (familiarity with AI tools in financial services is a plus). Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, with sound judgment and strategic thinking. Proficiency in Cantonese and English. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver high-impact initiatives in dynamic environments.
