Our mission is to provide seamless healthcare access and innovative solutions that improve patient care and provider experience.As part of our regional expansion, Inova Care is growing its provider network in Indonesia. We are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and skilled Provider Relations Officers to join our team and support our mission of building one of the largest and most trusted healthcare networks in the country.Role OverviewThe Provider Relations Officer will act as the front-line representative of Inova Care in building strong partnerships with General Practitioners (GPs) and Specialist (SP) doctors. This role is primarily field-based and requires daily on-site visits to medical providers to promote Inova Care’s network, present value propositions, and secure partnerships.Key Responsibilities• Identify, approach, and recruit General Practitioners (GPs) and Specialists (SPs) into the Inova Care provider network.• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and pitches to potential provider partners.• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure longterm collaboration.• Meet recruitment targets and KPIs in line with company objectives.• Act as a brand ambassador for Inova Care, ensuring professional and positive representation.• Report regularly on progress, challenges, and market feedback.Qualifications & Requirements• Proven experience in provider relations, healthcare network recruitment, or medical liaison roles.• Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, insurance, or medical services is highly preferred.• Sales experience is a plus, especially in provider recruitment or partnership development.• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence and negotiate with healthcare professionals.• Professional, presentable, and confident in engaging with medical providers.• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (spoken and written).• Based in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Medan with strong knowledge of the local healthcare landscape.• Willingness and ability to work in the field daily (this is not a remote role).• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.What We Offer• Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing international healthcare company.• Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.• Career development and training opportunities.• Dynamic and mission-driven work environment
