Job Title: Head (Provider Relationship Manager) Location: VI, LagosEmployment Type: Full TimeJob SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead the expansion and management of healthcare and service provider network across Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of building and maintaining strong partnerships within the healthcare or insurance ecosystem and will play a key role in improving accessibility for users of the app and other service channels. This role requires a mix of business development acumen, relationship management expertise, and operational leadership to ensure a high-quality, nationwide service network that supports our growing subscriber base. Responsibilities• Develop and implement a comprehensive provider network strategy covering hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and emergency services. • Lead the onboarding, verification, and management of healthcare and service partners to ensure coverage, reliability, and compliance with standards. • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements and service-level contracts. • Collaborate with internal teams (Digital Clinic, Quality Assurance, Finance, Operations, and Marketing) to align network performance with overall business goals. • Support subscriber growth by ensuring our App users have access to dependable services across all locations. • Track partner performance metrics and conduct periodic evaluations to improve quality and efficiency. • Identify and close network gaps in key regions to support expansion and enhance user experience. • Manage a team responsible for provider relations, onboarding, and reporting. • Prepare periodic performance and coverage reports for management review. Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field • (Master’s degree/MBA is an advantage). • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in provider network management, HMO operations, Healthcare business development, or partnership management. • Proven success in building and expanding healthcare or service provider networks across multiple locations. • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Familiarity with digital health platforms, HMO systems, and CRM tools.
