ScopeProviding a professional freight forwarding service to our customers, delivering solutions and executing customer orders in accordance with their requirements and / or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.

ResponsibilitiesTo provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clientsEffectively manage Ocean Export LCL and FCL shipments from start to finishPunctual and flawless order handling and documentationFollow SOP's and update accordinglySubmitting VGM through CNS & Destin8Prepare and complete full export documentation and sending prealerts within set KPIsSubmitting AMS / ACI / ISF for relevant shipmentsSending EDI bookings and SI to carriersFCL and LCL Quotations upon requestManage multiple shipments simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlinesOperational troubleshootingNon-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s.

Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance policiesMeeting financial end of month deadlines both accruals and sales invoicesJob RequirementsQualifications / Experience+3 years of detailed experience of logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation. To include customs procedures, the handling of dangerous goods and extensive knowledge of both LCL and FCL. Preferable a professional degree by a licensed educational institution.
