We’re building a network of passionate Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors who are committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and improve their overall well-being.As a Clinical Provider, you’ll deliver impactful 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite sessions, using evidence-based approaches to support clients through a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges.💼 What You'll Do:Provide telehealth and/or onsite therapy sessions (50 minutes/session) to Intellect clients.Address a variety of clinical issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more.Collaborate with our internal clinical team to enhance client programs and improve our care platform.✅ What We’re Looking For:🎓 Educational Qualifications:Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or a related accredited field.🔖 Licensure (Required):Norwegian Directorate of Health for authorization or Norwegian Psychological Association authorization🧠 Experience:Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.At least 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements).🌍 Languages (Must to have):Proficiency in English and Norwegian.⭐ Preferred:Experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and/or adult counselling.Flexibility for occasional onsite sessions if required.🌟 Why Join Intellect?Be part of a mission-driven and collaborative clinical network.Flexible hours and autonomy in your practice.Continuous support and professional development opportunities.Help reshape the future of accessible mental healthcare.
