Our environment encourages professional growth and values your contributions to patient care.If you have a preference for which Outpatient Center you are interested in working, let us know as part of your application.Purpose:Provides psychological services and supervision as clinically indicated.Responsibilities:Apply evidence-based practices in treatment, with ideal candidates bringing additional competency-based training in an empirically supported treatment or evidence-based psychotherapy. Deliver evidence-based behavioral health services across acute, maintenance, and crisis care models. Deliver timely crisis assessment, planning, and intervention. Stay informed on emerging research and best practices related to an out-patient population. Actively engage in ongoing clinical supervision with on-site supervisor. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, UPMC service lines, and external agencies to ensure treatment planning and continuity of care. Support UPMC’s training mission. Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation and data collection. Maintain a patient schedule that meets departmental productivity standards. Must have a Masters or Doctorate in Psychology and be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. Must be eligible for Act 33/34 clearances. Must be credentialed with all local MCO's. A minimum of two years post-licensure experience providing supervision and psychological testing to patients will be given priority consideration.
