Input A&P budget based on budget proposal Monitoring A&P budget approval progress & to report regularly Alert marketing team for any A&P approval & rejection Coordinating with concerned marketing team in issuing PR document to Purchasing Monitor PR, Canvas Sheet, & PO approval progress regularly Manage tools of trade (POSM, display unit, & gimmick) production & delivery status & to report regularly Coordinating with all branch team in collecting all tools of trade receipt sheet Support marketing team in managing travel schedule & expense Support marketing team in managing other expenses (mileage, meeting, etc) Manage necessary stationeries & equipment for marketing team Manage any correspondence between marketing team with other department / vendors
